7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and you rotate every 4 weeks. 3 days on and 2 days off and 2 days on and 3 days off and 3 days on and 2 days off, etc... Your Role As a Mill Technician you will be responsible for maintaining the entire milling operation process to include the wheat elevator wheat bins, to the blending operation, and finally finished products and co-products entry into flour/feed trucks and cars.
