We’re on the hunt for a talented Referral Technician to join our friendly team based in Colchester. This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities: • Manage inbound referrals for both new and existing business as per delegated authority binders. • Maintain SLA’s on offline workflows, diaries and inboxes to ensure all underwriting related work is completed within the requisite timeframe. • Complete referrals to insurers where a risk is outside of our agreed authority limits. • Support management and delivery of insurer and regulatory change.…
