About this role

Aretum is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting across active contract hiring, anticipated awards, and strategic talent pipelines. This role will manage the candidate process from initial sourcing through qualification and submission, proactively identifying talent, conducting candidate screens, and presenting qualified candidates to Recruiting Managers and hiring teams. Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruiting across cleared and uncleared government contracting environments, including technical, mission-critical, professional, and non-technical roles.
