About this role

Aretum is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Growth Operations to lead multiple teams including our Proposal team, Business development pipeline management team, and GWAC/IDIQ task order response team. This leader will help follow and strengthen the processes, intelligence, and resources that support continued expansion and growth across the federal market for the company. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will oversee Aretum’s Proposal and Business Development Analysts teams, in addition to the rapid task order response teams,and work closely with Sector leaders and sector-aligned Business Development and Capture professionals to drive disciplined, coordinated growth across the organization.…
