Procurement Services Program Internship

Focus of the procurement services program is to provide procurement of goods and services and exceptional service to the scientists, engineers, and organizations across the Laboratory. Procurement services facilitates through the procurement process the timely and economical acquisition of standard and complex products and services required by the scientific and operations organizations of Argonne National Laboratory. Use proprietary contract administration software to create and manage purchase orders for the entire laboratory. Support laboratory staff with expediting procurement actions. Contact suppliers to confirm pricing, following up on past due orders, closing of contracts and other outstanding issues.…
