SALARY $22.74 - $28.43 JOB SUMMARY Performs routine and emergency maintenance work including but not limited to electrical and HVAC mechanical systems and related equipment. Responsible for various duties and other systems associated with keeping a City Facility in operational condition. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs emergency and routine repair of HVAC equipment. Performs preventive maintenance to HVAC equipment. Communicates with employees in other departments regarding system malfunctions. Prepares repair material lists and order parts direct from vendors. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS: Provides project support regarding HVAC systems and mechanical equipment during design and construction. Review design drawings and specifications regarding new construction.…
