About this role

SALARY: Starting at $ 18.60 per hour JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, provides assistance and services related to sports and recreation to customers; supports customers with specialized facility operations; and performs various recurring administrative responsibilities such as greeting customers, responding to customer inquiries, answering a Multi-line telephone and take messages. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assist customers with information, schedules, rules services while utilizing basic searches. Negotiate customer account information, apply facility and recreational policies and procedures, to perform standard data entry tasks utilizing registration software for activity and league management; and ability to collect fees through the registration software.…
