POSITION SUMMARY Armstrong Transport Group (ATG) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to strategically lead the Talent Acquisition function. This role combines hands-on team leadership with systems ownership: you will manage and coach a team of recruiters while designing, configuring, and continuously improving the ATS environment — including pipelines, sourcing/CRM workflows, requisition and approval processes, scorecards, reporting, and integrations with UKG Ready and other HR systems. You will be the primary architect of how ATG attracts, tracks, and converts talent across a national workforce.
