Deine Aufgaben Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortung Repair Management: Du prüfst und verwaltest die Freigabe von Reparaturaufträgen unserer Vermietflotte PKW / Transporter / LKW national und international. Du stellst sicher, dass Kosten, Garantie- und Kulanzfälle optimal bearbeitet werden. Du dokumentierst lückenlos alle Schäden zur maximalen Nachvollziehbarkeit. Bearbeitung von Eskalationsfällen. Repair Control : Du erfasst und steuerst alle Reparaturvorgänge transparent und strukturiert. Du buchst Fahrzeugbewegungen präzise, um unnötige Standzeiten zu vermeiden und überwachst regelmäßig die Prozesse, um lange Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren. Du kommunizierst klar mit Werkstätten, um Abläufe zu beschleunigen. Dokumentierung alle Vorgänge sauber und strukturiert für eine effiziente Abwicklung.…
