Position: Principal Architect Job Description: What You'll Be Doing: Manages one or more teams developing software product applications for software solutions to meet business requirements. Recommends most efficient way to produce new software applications. Evaluates progress and results of development efforts. Is responsible for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews of software developers. Usually reports to the Software Development Senior Manager or to higher-level management. Execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications. Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion, and participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes and patches as mandated by the vendor.…
