Neben der individuellen Ansprache über LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing und weitere Kanäle führst Du eigenständig Prescreening-Interviews und baust nachhaltige Talent Pipelines auf. Darüber hinaus wirkst Du an Recruitingprojekten wie Fachmessen, Talentprogrammen und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Sourcing-Strategien mit.…
