Von der Akquisition bis zur vollständigen Integration steuerst Du zentrale Post-Merger-Integration-Projekte und entwickelst skalierbare Strukturen für IT, Finance, People und Operations. Dabei bringst Du lokale Stärken mit den Standards und digitalen Plattformen der Gruppe zusammen, identifizierst Synergien und machst Fortschritte anhand klarer KPIs transparent.…
