Job Summary: Company: Artech Information Systems LLC Position: Embedded Software / Firmware Test Engineer Location: San Diego, CA Duration: 6 Months Contract Embedded Software / Firmware Test Engineer Job Summary: This position will require the candidate to develop hardware, software and firmware to test sequencing products at Illumina, Inc. The candidate will work with automated tests on a regular basis and will also utilize SQA skills to write and execute manual tests in accordance with the company's established development and test methodology. The successful candidate will display a strong sense of ownership, motivation, and attention to detail.
