Job Description: To assist in developing strategies for hiring and retaining qualified employees. Coaches managers on hiring, interviewing and selecting employees. Generate HR metrics for recruiting efforts; Assist in development of staffing strategies to help recruit qualified employees and establish Novartis as an employer of choice.
