Artisan Partners is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical and service-minded professional to join our Human Capital team. This role provides broad exposure across the total rewards function such as benefits, compensation, HR systems, data and reporting, supporting the programs and processes that serve our Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build a foundation across the multiple functions of Human Capital while developing technical depth in our HRIS platform, reporting and process administration. This role will work closely with experienced members of the Human Capital team and will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as proficiency develops.…
