About this role
As the Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely financial data to support business decision-making.
The Accounting Manager will:
Review month-end procedures for completeness and accuracy
Identify and record monthly adjusting entries
Compile financial reports and perform the initial financial analysis
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of and ensure compliance with GAAP
Review and record bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and proper coding in the accounting system
Review AR and AP aging on a weekly basis and follow up on outstanding items as needed
Review bills entered into NetSuite for proper supporting documentation and initiate payments…
