POSITION: Cook DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage REPORTS TO: Executive Chef & Sous Chef FLSA STATUS: Part-time Hourly, Non-Exempt Summary Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Cook position with Legends Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena. The Cook is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef by maintaining the highest level of food quality, presentation and timing. This position also assists in preparing for the day to day operations of the kitchen.
