About this role

Context Coordinates and ensures execution of multiple activities which are specific as to goal and content. The activities require at least advanced vocational working and thinking level (experienced Bachelors). The interaction with other teams requires a good understanding of the interfaces with other disciplines/parties. Supervises work of ≥10 subordinates. Requirements Extensive experience in diverse work areas in field/operations management with proven working and thinking level. Experienced in leading or influencing a team in a complex customer facing environment is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field is required and Masters Degree is preferred. Seeking candidates with strong people skills and proven leadership ability to build and lead a high-performing team.…
