Knowledge Management & Manufacturing Academy Enablement Act as the Linkou Factory (LF) representative to Global Manufacturing Academy and learning networks. Consolidate and maintain LF learning materials, competence frameworks, and skill status across Manufacturing and Quality. Establish structured knowledge management practices to ensure critical process and quality knowledge is captured, standardized, and sustained. ISO 9001 & Audit Leadership: Act as Lead Auditor / Audit Coordinator for internal ISO 9001 audits and support external certification audits (e.g., BSI).
