About this role

Introduction Within ASML’s EUV Factory organization in Veldhoven, the team is responsible for managing and reviewing customer infrastructure documentation required before system installation. These documents describe critical requirements related to utilities, facilities, cooling, power, and other installation interfaces. Today, reviewing and validating these large document packages is a manual process that can take up to three weeks and requires extensive expert effort. Because even small mistakes can lead to quality risks, delays, and significant costs, the team is looking for opportunities to improve both speed and accuracy.
