Introduction to the job The China Talent & Learning Lead is responsible for shaping and driving the integrated Talent & Learning strategy across ASML China. The role serves as the strategic counterpart to business leaders, PC&O Business Partners, Expertise Teams, and global Talent & Learning teams to address critical people priorities including leadership pipeline development, talent acceleration, succession planning, workforce capability building, and organizational effectiveness. The role ensures effective localization and deployment of global Talent & Learning frameworks while bringing local market insights, business requirements, and capability needs into the global design process.
