Introduction The Customer Support (CS) Quality & Excellence team in Veldhoven helps improve the performance and quality of ASML machines at customer sites worldwide. We work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify recurring issues, monitor solution implementation, and drive continuous improvement. Today, several quality tracking and reporting activities rely on manual data handling, which can be time-consuming and prone to inconsistencies.
