About this role
Context Own project‑based manpower planning for UIR installations, upgrades, and relocations to support upcoming ramp‑up demand. Coordinate closely with local Operations teams to translate project needs into executable manpower plans. Work hand‑in‑hand with KM to align manpower plans with training, OJT, and cross‑skill enablement, accelerating team readiness. Act as the local planning contact point, ensuring alignment with WW UIR planners on resource gaps, fly‑in support, and priority adjustments. Participate in and present in WW planning meetings and act as the global interface for Taiwan UIR manpower topics.…
