About this role

Introduction to the job Hollow-Core Photonic Crystal Fibers fibers are critical components to enable ASML's advanced light sources, which in turn power our metrology systems. Fabrication of these fibers need state-of-the art glass manufacturing technologies in highly specialized clean facilities. Technical challenges are manifold including control of hydrodynamic effects during many stages of the fiber draw, advanced qualification and data analysis, correct pre-fiber process design, advanced problem solving and more. And organizationally, we need to secure safe work environments, structured planning & reporting to our stakeholders, managing suppliers as well as dealing with unique blend between academic and industrial environment in a remote location.…
