Introduction The Employee Lifecycle Team (ELC) delivers HR services that support employees throughout their journey at ASML. The team works closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure employee services are accurate, efficient, and consistent. In a fast-changing environment, it is important to continuously improve processes and adapt to evolving business needs. During this internship, you will contribute to operational HR activities while helping identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and ways of working.
