About this role

Introduction to the job Our team is responsible for safety, quality, and on-time delivery of unpacking, packing, and cleaning activities to support inbound and outbound material handling. As a Rigging & Packaging Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross sector teams such as DnE, Quality, S&SP, Mfg., Logistics to optimize package specification, improve pack/unpack methods, prevent material damage and contamination. Ensuring packaging solutions consistently align with and exceed stakeholder requirements. You will also improve and standardize logistics processes across warehouse and cleanroom operations. You will analyze operational performance, resolve disturbances, lead structural improvement initiatives, and implement solutions for operation sustainability.…
