Introduction to the job Lead and develop the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team to ensure effective lifecycle management from New Product Introduction (NPI) through High Volume Manufacturing (HVM), sustaining, and End-of-Life (EOL). Drive cross-functional alignment, material availability, engineering change execution, and operational excellence while supporting business objectives, customer commitments, and supply chain performance.
