About this role

Job Mission Lead the development of complex module-level systems and deliver technically advanced solutions with full ownership, while considering industrialization, scalability, and cross-functional impacts. Work effectively across multiple teams, drive collaboration with suppliers and engineering disciplines, and provide technical leadership and guidance to a small group of peers in less-defined and evolving environments. Establish and grow test and measurement capabilities in Wilton by leveraging TMF methodologies, technologies, and Ways of Working (WoW). Serve as the technical leader for the architecture, design, integration, execution, and continuous improvement of advanced test and measurement systems.…
