This role supports daily manufacturing operations, drives continuous improvement, and partners closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to advance equipment capability and product performance. Role and responsibilities Champion a safety-first culture by identifying potential hazards, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring all work adheres to established EHS safety protocols Develop complex spherical optics on precision CNC Generators, High-Speed Polishers, and centering machine.
