Introduction to the job As a Training and Development Solution Manager for Manufacturing Services, you will coordinate the end to end delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Learning and Knowledge Management solutions within specified timelines. You will develop Learning & Knowledge Management solution deployment and adoption plans and monitor progress by leading meetings and initiating meaningful conversations with cross-functional teams to influence and ensure key deliverables are on track.
