About this role
Assist in designing and developing engaging training content, including e-learning modules, presentations, and handouts. Support the scheduling, participant registration, logistics, and follow-up of training programs, workshops, and learning events. Provide general administrative support to the L&D team, including maintaining training records and updating databases. Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading courses and tracking learner progress. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Year 2 to 4 undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.…
