Job Summary: eQuip is hiring a Director of Platform & Agent Operations to own the autonomous and AI-augmented systems that increasingly run the work of all team members. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who builds, directs, and operates AI rather than merely supervising people who do. The successful candidate will be measured on the work their AI systems complete - not on credentials, pedigree, or years served.
