Billing & Bookkeeping Specialist (Construction)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Billing & Bookkeeping Specialist to join a growing business and take ownership of billing, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of construction billing processes, particularly AIA billing (Forms 702 and 703), progress billing, and change orders. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams, so strong communication skills and a professional, relationship-focused approach are essential.
