About this role

About the Role The company builds software technology for government agencies. We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to make outbound calls to government prospects, briefly introduce Ordinal and our product, and book product demos for our sales team. Key Responsibilities •     Make outbound cold calls to government prospects (leads provided by Ordinal — no prospecting required) •     Briefly introduce the company and its product to gauge interest •     Qualify prospects and book product demos for the sales team to run •     Hit call volume targets of roughly 30–40 calls per hour •     Log call activity and outcomes accurately in JustCall and HubSpot Requirements •     Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or a BDR/SDR role…
