About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Estimating & Operations Assistant to support a growing window treatment business specialising in roller shades, drapery, curtains, and related home automation solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, documents, spreadsheets, and processes, and who is confident learning a specialised product and estimating process. You will work closely with the business owners to take much of the administrative and estimating workload off their hands, allowing them to focus more heavily on sales, client relationships, and closing new business.…
