About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Medical Customer Support & Administrative Assistant to join an innovative healthcare AI startup. Working closely with the Head of Product, you’ll play an important role in managing customer communication, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, and helping ensure hospitals, clinics, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals receive a fast and professional response when they need assistance.
