Missions principales : Vous intégrez le service Soins Infirmier à domicile au sein du pôle Autonomie à Domicile – Santé en qualité d’ Infirmier à domicile H/F, vous travaillez en collaboration avec la cadre soins, la Care manager et une équipe pluridisciplinaire au domicile des patients. Vous dispensez des soins aux personnes accompagnées afin de favoriser leur maintien à domicile. Vous intervenez sur l’ensemble de Montpellier en binôme ou en autonomie.…
