JOB PURPOSE: The Email Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Email Center of Excellence responsible for executing customer engagement and lifecycle marketing initiatives across multiple brands, business units, and communication programs. This role partners closely with marketing stakeholders to build, test, deploy, monitor, and optimize email communications that support acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty, and reactivation objectives.
