Overview of Position The Senior Business Systems Analyst is a senior, hands-on member of the ELITA Agile Scrum Team who translates business needs into clear, testable functional requirements and validates that delivered solutions meet those requirements. The role is accountable for business and systems analysis, requirements quality and traceability, functional test design and execution, and business-facing solution validation across the delivery lifecycle.
