About this role
Assyst is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator to support our client in driving the successful delivery, adoption, and sustainment of enterprise IT initiatives. This is an onsite position based in Tallahassee, FL 32309.
Summary: The Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator will lead and coordinate organizational change management activities for enterprise-level IT projects. This role is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that support successful implementation and adoption of technology initiatives, including enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity and infrastructure projects, software development initiatives, and digital transformation programs.…
