About this role

ASSYST is seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to join our cybersecurity team in Baltimore, Maryland (Remote). This role involves conducting real-world attack simulations to identify vulnerabilities, preparing rules of engagement for ethical testing, and delivering trend analysis of findings to strengthen organizational defenses. Key Responsibilities: Execute penetration tests simulating adversarial attacks across networks, applications, and endpoints. Develop and document rules of engagement to ensure safe and ethical testing practices. Collaborate with Red Team (offensive) and Blue Team (defensive) operations to assess and improve security posture.
