Job Family: Manufacturing & Operations Job Description: Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to direct, coordinate, monitor, and train associates within the Machine Maintenance Department on 3rd Shift . This person would report directly to the Senior Supervisor, and would be a direct mentor and manager to the Machine Maintenance team; this includes both hourly and salaried maintenance technicians. The ideal candidate would have a strong technical aptitude, and the leadership and supervisory skills needed to direct our Greenfield plant's Machine Maintenance department.
