Location: Fife Position: Chef De Partie Employer: 5 Star Hotel Resort Job Description: The Chef de Partie is an integral part of the delivery of great food to all our guests across our food outlets and is required to run a particular section of the kitchen. Working as a CDP is a hands-on role. Prepare, cook and present a range of dishes, assisted by other CDPs, Commis Chefs or Apprentice Chefs Who we're looking for: Previous Chef de Partie experience or strong experience in a Demi Chef de Partie role, strong coaching skills and enjoys motivating a team, excellent communication skills, and, of course, someone who takes great pride in producing high quality food at all times.…
