This is what you will do: • This role, Associate Director, Japan IT Business Partner will serve as Business IT point of contact supporting demand capture, requirement gathering and analysis, co-design, building and end to end solution delivery and change management coordination. • You will partner with business stakeholders (Rare Disease Unit Medical Affairs) at Alexion Japan with strong focus on value creation, experience, change management and adoption of digital solutions and to support the build of our next generation of digital & IT capabilities enabling omnichannel engagement, targeted actions, performance, and insights leveraging existing and emerging digital tools, technologies, platforms, services, and processes.…
