About this role
Typical Accountabilities Support Business Development Directors and Managers in evaluations, feedback coordination, and communication with external parties. Participate in team collaboration meetings and act as the key within Strategic Planning and Business Development (SPBD) contact for drafting, negotiating, and executing template agreements (e.g., CDAs/NDAs- Confidential Disclosure Agreements/Non-Disclosure Agreements, MTAs- Material Transfer Agreements, sponsored research collaborations, studentship agreements etc.). Produce tailored collaboration and confidentiality agreements from template under guidance from Business Development Director/Manager and liaise with the Legal Department, IP and Finance to ensure fit-for-purpose agreements.…
