Job Title: Capability Lead Location: Warsaw Model: hybrid 3+2 Role Purpose This role is accountable building, and sustaining capability across CM&S, ensuring the organisation has the skills, behaviours, and ways of working required to operate an end-to-end, data-driven operating model.
