About this role

Description 主要职责： 1. 专业地达成目标 (1.1) 依照公司政策和阿斯利康行为准则，有效实施战略战术和工作计划(POA)，现场策略计划和地区计划 (1.2) 定期根据目标审查区域成果，并采取适当措施以保证达到预期目标 (1.3) 确保成熟产品和新产品平衡，并在医院开展学术交流 (1.4) 以外部数据为标准衡量，开展公平竞争，保持处于领先地位 2. 区域业务规划和战略开发 (2.1) 对市场进行SWOT 分析，并制定区域业务计划 (2.2) 根据主要业务目标制定地区业务计划，并合理分配资源（如培训时间、预算等）以确保目标有效达成 (2.3) 辅导和支持地区经理业务计划的实施，确保目标有效达成。 3. 客户关注与服务 (3.1) 不断更新地区客户数据库和目标市场 (3.2) 支持和辅导地区经理 (DSM) 的工作，确保他们根据工作计划 (POA) (3.3) 确保地区经理 (DSM) 理解并遵守阿斯利康行为准则 4. 报告/管理 (4.1) 根据公司要求提交地区业务报告，阐明业务计划和预期工作实施过程中出现的偏差，以按照计划及时调整 (4.2) 监督地区经理 (DSM)的月份报告，以确保预期工作的恰当和实施 (4.3) 确保地区经理 (DSM)遵守报告和管理规范 (4.4) 及时准确地提交费用报告、风险管理报告等 5. 个人发展 (5.1) 根据RSM能力模式中的要求，培养能力，提高效率 (5.2) 积极传播、发展阿斯利康文化和领导行为，是其他员工的楷模 (5.3) 培养个人和团队责任感 (5.4) 确定自我完善的方向，并与RSD探讨发展需求 (5.5) 积极参与公司管理会议和培训活动 6.…
