Responsibilities Include: Functionally lead and manage a team of experienced SOC professionals in AT&T India Manage follow-the-sun SOC-related operations, planning and coverage Functionally lead and mentor SOC team members, and facilitate cross-team collaboration with security, technology and infrastructure groups. Maintain accurate documentation of SOC operational procedures. Enhance and Automate SOC processes. Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to reduce risks and secure systems.
