About this role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site. AT&T has an opening for a Network Tools Engineer to ensure that network monitoring, management, and diagnostic tools are functioning efficiently to support the overall health and performance of the network Job Duties/Responsibilities: Configure, upgrade, and patch network monitoring and management tools Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and manage alerts for network anomalies Set up and manage alerts for network anomalies, ensuring a timely response Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all network hardware and software assets, including routers, switches, servers, firewalls, and licenses.…
