About this role
About the Role As a Senior Accountant – Corporate Services, you will be responsible for the accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance of a portfolio of Luxembourg commercial companies. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will oversee complex accounting matters, coordinate year-end processes, liaise with clients, auditors and tax authorities, and support junior team members when required. Key Responsibilities • Independently manage a portfolio of Luxembourg commercial companies (SOPARFI, holdings and operational companies). • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with Luxembourg GAAP. • Coordinate year-end closings and liaise with external auditors.…
